THE TAX BAWSE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR:
The Tax Bawse Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by The Tax Bawse ("Sponsor"), located at 4634 Yale St, Houston, TX 77018, with a contact phone number of +1 (832) 767-5924. Billionaires Marketing Firm ("Administrator"), located in Houston, TX, contact number: (713) 501-8857, is responsible for the administration and marketing of the Giveaway.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have previously used The Tax Bawse for tax filing services. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on February 21, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on April 19, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM MT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the official entry form provided by The Tax Bawse. Entry requirements include:

Confirming eligibility by checking the box on the form stating that they have previously filed taxes with The Tax Bawse.
Providing accurate and truthful contact information.
Submitting the entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that do not meet eligibility requirements will be void. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

4. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize paid by check.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of the Grand Prize will be disclosed in the official prize announcement.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about April 22, 2025. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release before receiving the prize.

6. GENERAL TERMS

The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.
Taxes and liabilities related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway process or violates the official rules.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, the winner grants The Tax Bawse and Billionaires Marketing Firm permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. Participants will also be added to The Tax Bawse's email marketing list and may opt-out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email communication.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Tax Bawse, Billionaires Marketing Firm, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Harris County, Texas.
